Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ganma Data website at ganmadata.com.au and engagement of our consulting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Ganma Data provides professional data consulting services including data strategy, analytics implementation, data science and machine learning, business intelligence, data auditing, and training and workshops.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement prior to commencement.

2. Consultations & Bookings

Booking a consultation through our website is an expression of interest and does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written agreement between you and Ganma Data.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation request at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Work product and deliverables created for your engagement become your property upon full payment
• Ganma Data retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• You grant Ganma Data the right to reference your engagement as a case study without disclosing confidential information, unless you request otherwise in writing

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of 2 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganma Data's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on many factors outside our control, including your organisation's implementation of our recommendations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to These Terms
